Burglary Near You - Queens Road, Ingrow BD21

You are receiving this message because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Queens Road, Ingrow. At 3.45am on  08/07/2026, the occupant was woken by a sound coming from the front door. When they went to investigate, the suspect could be seen through the door and made off when they saw the occupant. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the door lock had been damaged but no entry gained to the house. 

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it around 3.45am to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
